The ACUX Partner Portal is a controlled environment for selected, non-critical programme materials. Access is personal and invitation only.
Last updated: 7 August 2026. These terms supplement any confidentiality agreement, engagement letter or other agreement between ACUX and the participating organisation. That separate agreement prevails if there is a conflict.
Individual access
- Invitations and accounts are issued to named individuals and must not be forwarded or shared.
- Users must protect their credentials and notify ACUX promptly through the contact form if access may have been compromised.
- ACUX may restrict, suspend or withdraw access at any time.
Portal materials
Materials are provided only for the authorised partner purpose and audience shown in the portal. They must not be copied, forwarded, published, quoted externally or disclosed to another person unless ACUX has authorised this or a binding agreement expressly permits it. The portal is not the repository for critical programme records or formal data-room materials.
User uploads
A user uploading a document confirms that they are authorised to provide it to ACUX, that the upload does not unlawfully disclose third-party information or infringe rights, and that it is reasonably free from malicious code. Uploads remain subject to ACUX review and do not become visible to other partners unless approved.
No commitment or authority
Portal content may be preliminary, incomplete or subject to change. Access does not create a partnership, agency, fiduciary relationship, exclusivity, authority to represent ACUX or commitment to proceed with a programme or transaction.
Security and monitoring
ACUX may record login, download, upload and security events to administer access, protect materials and investigate misuse. Users must not test, bypass or interfere with portal controls.
Governing law
These portal terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
