ACUX Energy wants this website to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible and has designed it with reference to WCAG 2.2 level AA.

What users should be able to do
- Navigate the principal public pages using a keyboard.
- Zoom text and use common browser accessibility settings.
- Read meaningful text alternatives for principal images and controls.
- Use clearly structured headings, labels and focus states.
- Submit an enquiry without relying solely on colour or pointer input.
Current status
The website has not yet undergone a complete independent accessibility audit, so ACUX does not currently claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. The standard is being used as the design and testing target while the website and Partner Portal are developed.
Known limitations
- Some historic or partner-supplied PDF, presentation or spreadsheet documents may not yet be fully accessible.
- Third-party services, embedded content and WordPress plugins may not always provide the same level of accessibility as the core ACUX theme.
- The invitation-only Partner Portal is still being developed and will require further keyboard, screen-reader and document-accessibility testing.

If you encounter an accessibility problem or require information in another format, use the contact form. Please identify the page or document and describe the format or assistance required. ACUX will review reasonable requests and respond where practicable.
